Lost or Returned Shipments: Please contact L’LUXE if a shipment is significantly delayed, lost in transit or returned to sender so that we may assist with the carrier or supplier.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags, packaging and any L’LUXE security tags intact.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Colour preference, change of mind or other discretionary returns may not be accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
