Shipping Policy
Please allow approximately 15–20 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached, the L'LUXE security tag intact, and returned in their original packaging.

If the correct size ordered was shipped according to the size chart provided in the product listing, returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference, or change of mind are not accepted.
Approved returns that are not the result of an incorrect, damaged, defective, or significantly not as described item are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fee.
