Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, seasonal demand or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart provided in each product listing. Sizing may not match standard U.S. sizing, as each supplier uses its own measurements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.
If the size ordered was correctly sent and the item matches the listing size chart, the return will be considered a sizing or fit issue rather than an incorrect item.

Swimwear Return Condition
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. The hygiene liner and all original tags must remain fully attached. Swimwear with a removed or altered hygiene liner is not eligible for return.
Quality Check Before Shipping
Before shipment, each item is reviewed as part of our quality-control process. This helps verify that the correct style, colour and size are being prepared for the customer.
Return Condition
Approved returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and hygiene liners attached, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, staining or damage are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly misdescribed item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly not as described.
Return Authorization
All return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal and approved before an item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
