Lost or Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Items must remain unworn and unused, with all original packaging, product tags and the L’LUXE security tag attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Returns may be reviewed when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described.
Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
