Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery through the L'LUXE Return Portal. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original condition.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, deodorant marks, fragrance, makeup, or damage are not eligible for return. Prior authorization is required before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect order.
