Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery through the L’LUXE Return Portal. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit: Supplier size charts are not based on standardized North American sizing. All listed garment measurements and approximate size conversions are provided as a guide and may vary slightly.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and comparing the listed measurements with a similar garment before ordering.
If the size ordered was correctly sent and the garment corresponds with the listed supplier measurements, the return will be considered a sizing or fit issue rather than an incorrect item.
Eligible Returns: Returns may be reviewed only when the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described.
Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
Approved items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all original tags and the L’LUXE security tag attached. Items without the security tag cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
