Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation and quality review.

Estimated delivery is typically 15–20 business days, depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Regions
L’LUXE currently ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and select international destinations.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has cleared customs and the tracking details become available.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. L’LUXE is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart provided in each product listing. Sizing may not match standard U.S. sizing, as each supplier uses its own measurements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

If the size ordered was correctly sent and the item matches the listing size chart, the return will be considered a sizing or fit issue, not an incorrect item.

Eligible Returns
Returns may be reviewed only if the item is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Significantly not as described

Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference, or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.

Quality Check Before Shipping
Before shipment, Ready-to-Wear items are reviewed as part of our quality-control process. This helps verify that the correct item, colour, and size are being prepared for the customer.

Return Condition
Approved returns must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original condition.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or significantly misdescribed item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

Return Authorization
All return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal and approved before an item is sent back.
