Authentication
For eligible brands and items, authentication is performed using Entrupy, an independent technology-based luxury authentication service.
Following your purchase, L’LUXE emails you the electronic Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity associated with your eligible piece.
Authentication availability depends on the individual brand, category, model and item. Where applicable, Entrupy authentication is identified in the product listing.
From Japan To You
Although your piece may be sourced internationally, your purchase is made directly from L’LUXE.
We remain your retailer and point of contact throughout the experience — from product information and authentication documentation to shipping and customer care.
Once your order is prepared, your piece begins its journey from Japan to you with tracked international delivery.
