Lost or Returned Shipments

Sizing & Fit

Approved returns must be unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags included, and returned in their original condition. Footwear showing wear on the soles, marks, damage, alterations or signs of outdoor use is not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly misdescribed item.
