Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags and security tags attached. Approved returns are subject to the applicable L’LUXE return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Supplier sizing is not standardized and may differ from Canadian or US sizing. Where complete garment measurements are unavailable, any size conversions or recommendations provided by L’LUXE are approximate only. If the size ordered was correctly supplied, the item is considered a sizing or fit issue rather than an incorrect item.
Returns relating solely to sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind may not be accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE. Approved exception returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
