Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described.
Returns for sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
Approved returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Approved exceptions may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
