If the size ordered was correctly supplied, the item is considered correctly fulfilled. Sizing and fit concerns are not considered an incorrect-item shipment.
Returns are eligible for damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not-as-described merchandise. Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
For approved discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
All returned merchandise must pass inspection before a refund is issued.
