Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart and garment measurements provided in each product listing. Sizing may not match standard U.S. sizing, as each supplier uses its own measurements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information before placing an order.
If the size ordered was correctly sent and the item matches the measurements provided in the listing, the return will be considered a sizing or fit issue rather than an incorrect item.

Quality Check Before Shipping
Before shipment, each set is reviewed as part of our quality-control process. This helps verify that the correct item, colour and size are being prepared for the customer.
Return Condition
Approved returns must include both the top and skirt. Both pieces must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, staining, missing rhinestones or damage are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly misdescribed item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly not as described.
Return Authorization
All return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal and approved before an item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
