Lost or Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit: Ready-to-wear items follow the specific supplier size chart provided in each product listing. Supplier sizing may not correspond with standard North American sizing. Measurements and size conversions are approximate when complete official garment measurements are unavailable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order. If the size ordered was correctly sent and corresponds with the listing information, the return will be treated as a sizing or fit issue rather than an incorrect item.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags, packaging and the L’LUXE security tag still attached.
Returns may be reviewed only if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described. Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved return exceptions.
Return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal. Prior approval is required before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
