Lost or Returned Shipments

Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart and garment measurements provided in each product listing. Sizing may not match standard U.S. sizing, as each supplier uses its own measurements.

Quality Check Before Shipping

Return Condition
Approved returns must include both the cropped shirt and the maxi skirt. Both pieces must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, staining or damage are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly misdescribed item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly not as described.
Return Authorization
All return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal and approved before an item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
